  • The philosophy guiding the firm since its inception is based on ideas and not a particular style. The ideas generated for each particular project are not generic, but specific to that project. These ideas are crafted at the outset by the architect and the client and become guiding principles for all design decisions that follow. We believe these guiding principles give meaningful direction to the problem-solving phase of completing the design process. We have learned that they give order and clarity to the way the facility is perceived by others. We know that they help us find ways to make the facility a dynamic and interesting environment. These ideas provide the reasons for every decision and compromise, rather than relying on intuition or whimsy.
